Our mission is to bring together women of faith, across generations and committed to collective social impact, through a sustained investment in servant leadership.
We draw inspiration from St. Mary Magdalene – once discredited, now celebrated as the first person to whom the resurrected Christ appeared and proclaim the good news to the earliest disciples. “Apostle to the Apostles,” Mary of Magdala symbolizes the importance of the female voice in the global Church community.

About the Annual Event
Each year, the Circle gathers to hear from a prominent woman of faith on a relevant justice issue. Past speakers include Kerry Robinson, Global Ambassador of the Leadership Roundtable (2017); Sr. Christine Schenk, Church Reformist and Historian (2018); and Sr. Norma Pimentel, Executive Director, Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley (2019).
If you are a woman of faith seeking new means of fellowship, service, and meaningful philanthropy, please contact Stephanie Peddicord.
CFJ has served more than 6,000 youth and young adults through our intensive retreat-style WorX immersion experiences. Read how our alumni have been impacted by our programs.
